How long does Sam’s take to deliver my order?

Sam says Sam’s takes 5 to 10 business days to deliver your order.

If Sam’s doesn’t deliver your package within the allotted time frame, you may need to contact Sam’s to arrange a replacement.

Can Sam’s ship internationally?

Sam can ship internationally, but it is unlikely that Sam’s will be able to do so.

Sams can ship orders to the following countries: United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Canada and Austria.

Does Sam’s guarantee my delivery?

Sam will cover any damages caused by a delivery.

Sam’s also offers a 30 day money back guarantee if your order isn’t delivered within 30 days.

Can I cancel my order after Sam’s delivers it?

You may cancel your order after you receive your Sam’s order, but you can’t change your mind at any time.

Sam may cancel an order within 10 business hours after you’ve ordered, but Sams website doesn’t guarantee that they will.

What if Sam’s isn’t able to deliver?

If Sams delivery is unsuccessful, Sam’s is not liable for any damages that occur.

Can you cancel my Sam’s Membership or Membership Rewards?

If you are an existing Sam’s member and want to cancel your membership, you can do so by contacting Sams at 1-800-872-0444 or by emailing [email protected]

Can your Sams store accept credit cards?

Sam has a network of credit card payment processors that will accept your card for Sam’s store delivery and other Sam’s services.

Do I need a Sams card to use Sam’s service?

No, Sam doesn’t require a Sam S card to accept credit card payments for Sams service.

If your card is not accepted, Sam may refuse to issue a SamS membership card or credit card.

Sam also has a loyalty program where members can redeem their Sams membership cards for rewards from other Sams stores.
