The American Women’s Forum is the new organization created by the Muslim advocacy group Aisha Winx Club.
The organization, which has a stated mission of promoting Muslim women, has been around since 2011 and is not affiliated with any particular religion.
In its first five years, the organization has grown to have a network of around 10,000 members, according to a statement from Aisha.
Its current director, Ania Ali, said the organization’s mission was to make the Muslim world more inclusive, and that its members have made an impact in various countries around the world.
Ali told The American Christian that the group is working on more projects, such as mentoring Muslim women through STEM fields, but that her primary goal is to bring more awareness to issues that have been ignored by mainstream media, including the discrimination faced by Muslim women in the United States.
Ali said the Aisha Women’s Club has partnered with the U.S. Department of Education to promote women’s education through STEM.
“We’re trying to help empower girls to excel and to be the best in the world, and this is a way to help those girls,” Ali said.
“It’s important to me that we have an opportunity for women to get the same opportunities that men do.”
The new organization is a reflection of growing concerns that many Muslims in the U,S.
have about the discrimination they face in the workforce and in society.
According to a recent report from the U., the U.-18 labor force was 63 percent female in 2016.
While it is a drop from 2014, when it was 73 percent female, there are signs that there is progress.
A survey of more than 1,000 Muslims by the Pew Research Center found that 61 percent of Muslims say they feel a strong sense of belonging in their community.
In 2016, Muslims in this country had an average of more job security than Americans overall.
The Pew report also found that Muslims have been working more hours than other groups in the economy and have been among the most educated Americans.
But even as they have benefited from the economic gains, many Muslims are still struggling financially, Ali said, citing recent surveys of Muslim immigrants in the country as evidence that many of them feel disconnected from the American Dream.
In a 2015 report, The Pew Center for Religion & Public Life found that 60 percent of Muslim immigrant households in the nation report that they are financially stressed, with only 9 percent saying they are well-off financially.
According the report, Muslims are also the least likely to be able to access a mortgage and that many are still living in homes that are unaffordable to them.
Ali says the new Aisha Wix Club is working to increase the visibility of Muslim women’s rights.
“Aisha is an advocate for women, and her work is not only about creating a better world for Muslim women but also for the women and men of the Muslim community,” Ali told Al Jazeera.
“I know that the Muslim American Women Foundation is a grassroots organization that is working towards changing the way women of color are treated in our country.”
Ali said she hopes to expand the organization into other areas in the future.
“There’s so much more we can do with it,” she said.
Aisha is also working to help Muslim communities in the states that are grappling with their own issues of discrimination and poverty.
In January, the U-20 World Cup was held in Egypt, and Ali and other members of the organization met with a group of Muslim girls from Egypt.
“When they told us that they were experiencing the most severe discrimination they had ever experienced, we were all speechless,” Ali recalled.
Ali is also hoping to expand her organization’s work to other communities in America.
“Our mission is to make America more inclusive for all, and the way we’re able to do that is by creating a space for Muslim-American women to come together,” she told Alijon Chojnacki for Al Jazeera America.
